Saturday, August 22 –  The NEW Gail and Sid Show – (WAIT LISTED – Call Katie Nix at 623-214-8280 to check availability) A one night performance to take you back to the storied days of 50’s and 60’s Nightclubs and Broadway shows. Both Gail Leibowitz and Sid Engel are professional entertainers who started their careers on the Borsht Circuit in the Catskills. They’ve put together a brand new show for us. Gail is well-known for both her acting and singing talents; Sid was Danny Thomas’ Music Director for many years and performed with many of the greats both on and off Broadway. Definitely a ‘cool’ way to beat the heat!

Friday & Saturday, September 11 & 12 – The Grandtones – (WAIT LISTED -Call Katie Nix at 623-214-8280 to check availability – A mixture of Doo Wop and early Rock & Roll hits performed by Ron Paul, Art Bigornia and Marv Myhre and the Rock-It Science Duo Bob Arnold and John Tsotsos. Come join us for an evening that will recapture all the love and emotions that we felt during that legendary magical music era.

Friday & Saturday, October 23 & 24 – SWITCHBACK (CELTIC SOUL) Switchback will be fresh off their latest European tour when they perform for us. They are known for their versatility and audience-engaging stage presence. Their harmonizing invokes memories of Simon & Garfunkle and the Everly Brothers. Accompanied by a percussionist, lead singers Brian Fitzgerald and Marty McCormack play the mandolin, guitar and bass. This show has been produced with our Nightclub patrons in mind. It will feature our favorite Irish standards. Marty’s rendition of Danny Boy is mesmerizing. Tickets are $18 and may be purchased at scgrandmusicclub.com or the Activities Desk. Note thatJazz Jukebox & Swing are also performing on Friday, Oct. 23.

Friday & Saturday, November 6 & 7: ROY LE BLANC LIVE TRIBUTE SHOW – Tickets go on sale Sept. 1. There are many Elvis tribute artists but only a few have won as many prestigious awards as Roy. But what truly sets him apart is his unique talent when it comes to channeling other artists like Roy Orbison and Johnny Cash. In fact, we don’t exactly know who will be joining him on stage! He looks like them; he sounds like them. What more can we ask? This is a great ladies night out show, but the guys will love it too.

Friday, December 11: Chelsea Faulds and Pianist Marc Beecher -Tickets go on sale October 1. This one-night performance will be the first time we’ve had a Nightclub show in December. Chelsea is definitely one of the best performers in Arizona. She and Marc will mix it up with some Christmas favorites as well as the standards we love.
